Booking Terms

* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
* All our rooms are Non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside.
* No loud music or noise after 11pm until 7am.
* No pets allowed
* Our rooms can only sleep 2 adults max. No additional individuals allowed.
* Bella Madre is not liable for any theft or injury sustained on the premises.
* The use of the swimming pool is at own risk.
* No additional visitors allowed.
